Sales Training – How Much and How Often?

How much training is enough? I remember a trainer asked a related question some times ago, “Which is the bigger dilemma; training someone and he left, or not training someone and he stays?” That is a tough choice to make, right? And when it comes to training volume and frequency, the limit is pretty much obsolete.

The Reasons Why People Are Starting Direct Sales Online Businesses

At one time people that wished to engage in direct sales online found the opportunities available to them were very few. Advertising usually meant sending out flyers to grocery outlets or using word of mouth to spread the word about your products, furthermore for help selling it meant enlisting your friends and family members. What’s more, sales usually depended on finding customers at “at-home parties” and all this generally meant was you could earn enough to have a splurge or buy a few items for personal use.

The advent of the Internet changed all that and in fact opened up a whole new horizon where opportunities to make money were almost limitless. You can now choose whichever product you wish to sell and also choose specific companies whose products you feel will sell well. This means that today direct sales online allows you to choose your product and sell to a wider audience.
